You can make a meaningful contribution towards sustainability of our organisation by volunteering, cash contributions and towards the needs listed below:

Nutrition programme:
Nutritious meals are of utmost importance for our children's development especially for those who are on chronic medication and a lot of families are not always able to provide sufficiently in the needs of their children. In view of this children are provided with a nutritious breakfast, lunch and a snack at our three centers. The items below are required to enable us to continue feeding children in relation to their individual needs and eating abilities:

Tinned food – baked beans, peas, tomato and onion mix, spaghetti
Sugar, tea (regular or rooibos), coffee
Long Life milk
Maize meal and rice
Frozen meat, chicken, fish and vegetables
Fresh fruit and vegetables

Cleaning and Universal precautions:
Hygiene and cleanliness as prescribed in our minimum standards contributes to a healthy germ controlled environment conducive to the development and stimulation of our children. Consideration for assistance with the following items for all our centres would be highly appreciated.

Handy Andy, washing up liquid, windolene, furniture polish, bleach; washing powder; savlon; toilet paper, tissues; kitchen paper towels and latex gloves; disposable nappies; wet wipes; aqueous cream; Vaseline; face cloths

Therapeutic Services:
Special therapeutic assessments and regular input into the child's daily programme are provided by Physiotherapists, Occupational and Speech Therapists as well as Social Workers.

Seating and positioning aids maximize the impact of the programmes. Adapted equipment assists the development of independence in each child and is an integral part of the programme. These therapeutic equipment and devices are costly and require financial assistance.
